Roger Searle, M.A. President and Founder   Roger Searle is a coach, consultant, and educator.  He earned an M.A. in Education from Wheaton College Graduate School and a B.A. in Communications from Michigan State University.  His special interests are in the fields of vocation/calling and creativity.  In his leisure time, Roger enjoys the outdoors and amateur photography.
